PROJECT PORTFOLIO

We have successfully delivered consultancy services across diverse sectors in Green Building Certification, Building Resilience Assessment, Quantity Estimation, GIS Studies, and E-Waste Recycling. Our expertise includes facilitating certifications such as EDGE, IGBC, LEED, WELL, GRIHA, and the Building Resilience Index (BRI), along with providing quantity estimation services including material quantity extraction, BOQ preparation, BBS preparation, and reconciliation works. We also conduct advanced GIS studies involving drone mapping, topography, ERT, GPR, spatial analysis, thermal screening, and hydrology assessments. In addition, we support sustainable waste management through e-waste dismantling, recycling, and issuance of environmental certification, ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.

Stallion Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Unit II), Ahmedabad, India

Status: Completed (2021) 

Recognized as India’s 1st EDGE Advanced Certified Pharmaceutical Project and 1st ‘EDGE Zero Carbon Ready’ Project, this pharmaceutical manufacturing facility was completed in 2021 with a built-up area of 11,211 m². The EDGE certification process, initiated in 2020, was successfully achieved in 2021, marking a significant accomplishment. Certified under the EDGE Green Building Certification system (IFC - World Bank Group) and verified by Green Business Certification Inc. The project demonstrates excellence across key sustainability parameters and has achieved the prestigious PLATINUM certification, reflecting high standards in energy performance, environmental responsibility, and sustainable infrastructure development. 

North F Block, Rajasthan, India

Located in Rajasthan, India, this North F Block is registered under the GRIHA Green Building Certification system. Designed with a strong focus on sustainable development and environmental performance, the project is currently ongoing and is targeting a GRIHA 3-STAR rating, reflecting its commitment to energy efficiency, resource conservation, and responsible building practices. 

St. Jude Child Care Centre, Navi Mumbai, India

Located in Mumbai, India, this building involved securing Environmental Clearance approval from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Mumbai. Spanning a total area of 13,120 sq. m., the assignment demonstrates strict adherence to environmental regulations and reflects a strong commitment to responsible resource management and sustainable building practices.

Located in Palghar, Maharashtra, India, Jade Agriland involved Environmental Clearance services as part of its sustainability and regulatory compliance framework. The project, associated with Adani, covered a total area of 596,962 sq. m., reflecting a structured approach toward environmental compliance, sustainability integration, and technical coordination, and was successfully completed.

India’s First WELL-HSR certified School

Part of the Crimson Group, Winmore Academy (Whitefield), Bengaluru, Karnataka, is an educational facility certified under the WELL Building Standard and has achieved the WELL HSR rating. India’s First PLATINUM Certified QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
